Below are some of the ways our church members are active locally, serving both the church and the community.

​​Deacons Ministry
 
Deacons are the nurturing and caring arm of the church.  Here is some of what they do:

• host the annual church picnic, Advent and Lenten Luncheons
• host coffee hour after morning worship
• prepare and clean up communion
• prepare meals for members with mobility impairment
• visit at home members and deliver Sunday service recordings and flowers
• provide weekly HomeTouch devotions

​Session

Session is the governing body of the church.  Their responsibilities include:

• Outreach to organizations and people throughout the community and world
• Worship - 
• Education - oversees our teachers who help children and adults grow through learning about the Word of God
• Membership/Stewardship - 
• Finance
• Building and Grounds
